Let's get Kara geared

Ok, so here's my proposition. We're doing well in KZ and I know that we can all do even better and tear them all apart in there. In order for us to move on passed the first floor (Attumen, Moroes, Opera and Maiden) we will need to step up our game some. The second floor is considerably harder then the first and it will be our first real gear check.

Basically, tanks will need better gear, DPS will need more of it, and healers will need bigger and more potent heals. My idea is that we compile a list of places where people need to go in order to set up runs to that effect and that will benefit the most people at once. The first floor will give us some epics to start gettin' geared for the second floor, but we need to also start doing heroics to get more epic gear as well as badges to purchase gear. The new Sunwell stuff, although pricey in badges, is on par with tier 5 gear so it will last you a long time and you will definitely get more bang for your buck. Otherwise, getting the cheaper badge gear means you can get a few pieces out of the badges you do have.

What I might suggest, if someone is unsure, is to sit down with someone else that's the same class as you and pick their brains for info as to what gear to get and where. I would like to offer up the info I have as far as hunters are concerned and I can certainly help out on warriors as well (tank or DPS), and I believe Ramzez can do the same for mages.

So let's have a look, get some submissions for places you need to run and see about puttin together some runs on the weekend and maybe even weekdays in order to get better gear for KZ.

The list of stuff you got there for Brieena looks very good. I would probably make the books your absolute last priority since they aren't warrior boots. Two options you can look at, if you're a blacksmith you can make the Red Havoc Boots (http://thottbot.com/i30031) or you can tough it out and wait for Boots of Elusion (http://thottbot.com/i30641) which drop from random trash in KZ itself. Other than that, good chohices, you would definitely be set for further progression in KZ.

Also a question for you. I do have a second warrior that I am leveling up and hope to have him at 70 asap. Do you prefer to take Brieena more full time in KZ, or Ramzez? Ultimately, my second warrior was going to be for DPS in KZ as we have enough hunters signing up and I just have more fun with warriors, but, if you wanna go more full time on Ramz and focus on him instead, Akami can fill in for the OT instead.

Kal, if you could check me out on the Armory I'd appreciate it. It seems most of my gear upgrades can be had in KZ, as I really don't see too many available until we can do ZA, Gruuls, ... I'm going to check MgT on Atlas Loot as well. Maybe that's the plan for my next badge purchase(s).

A weapon upgrade seems the logical next step: Galdiators Heavy Crossbow (PvP AV), or Wrathide Longbow from Heroic SV. Steelhawk Crossbow is only a matter of time in KZ / Attumen, as is Wolfsnipe Rifle KZ / Opera. It would be fun to get a Arena Team together as there are some good rewards in both gear and weapons.
